Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept up to two pets per apartment. A one-time refundable fee of $300 is required and there is a $30/month pet rent.
We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard.
Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Green Tree Frogs, African Dwarfed Frogs, Chinese Hamsters, Hermit Crabs, Gerbils, and canaries. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

Look and Lease Specials: Walk-in, Take a tour and turn in your application in the same day and you will only have to pay $99 for your application and Reservation fee.
